These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RateThatPreceptor (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must create an account to submit a review or add a preceptor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Reviews and Content

Reviews are displayed publicly as anonymous, but your account remains associated with your submissions internally for moderation and abuse-prevention purposes. By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your honest, good-faith experience and that it does not contain false statements of fact, harassment, or content you don't have the right to post.

We use automated filtering to catch certain explicit or offensive language, but we are not able to review every submission. We reserve the right to remove any content, at our discretion, that violates these Terms or our Site Guidelines.

License to Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting a review or other content, you grant RateThatPreceptor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to post defamatory, harassing, or knowingly false content; impersonate another person; share another person's private information without consent; or attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content on it, including reviews submitted by other users, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RateThatPreceptor does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted reviews and is not responsible for their content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateThatPreceptor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from content posted by other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
