RateThatPreceptor exists to help students make informed decisions about clinical rotations. These guidelines keep reviews useful, fair, and respectful.
Do
- Base your review on your own direct experience with the preceptor.
- Focus on teaching style, availability, feedback quality, and professional conduct.
- Be specific and constructive, whether the review is positive or critical.
Don't
- Post profanity, slurs, or harassing language. We filter for this automatically.
- Make false statements of fact about a preceptor.
- Include any patient-identifying information.
- Post reviews about yourself, a competitor, or anyone you haven't directly worked with.
Enforcement
Reviews that violate these guidelines may be removed, and accounts that repeatedly violate them may be suspended. If you believe a review about you is false or violates these guidelines, contact us through our Help page.
